About
Equipment at cost.No monthly fees.
And we actually pick up the phone.
What we do
We design and install smart home systems for properties in Costa Rica. Cameras, Wi-Fi, networking, audio and lighting. We run the site survey, pick the right gear, pull the cables, install everything and hand you the keys. After that, you run it from your phone.
How we're different
Most smart home companies mark up equipment two to three times and lock you into monthly monitoring contracts. We don't do either. You pay what the gear costs, and our margin comes from the installation. No subscriptions, no cloud dependency, and your footage never leaves your property.
Who we work with
Homeowners who want it done once and done right. Builders and developers who want a partner that shows up during construction, pre-wires everything and makes the finished house easier to sell.
Where
Based in Hacienda Pinilla. We work across Guanacaste, from Tamarindo to Nosara, and travel for the right project.
The gear we trust
